Can regrading fix a wet basement?
Often the grade around your foundation is the problem. We regrade so water pitches away from the structure, and pair it with a retaining wall when the slope calls for it.
Why does water pool in my yard?
Usually the ground has settled or was never graded right. We re-cut the grade and route runoff with swales so the water moves on instead of standing.
What is a swale?
A shallow, graded channel that routes runoff where you want it to go. It is one of the simplest ways to manage water on a property.
Can you stop erosion on a slope?
Yes. Slope management, regrading and erosion prevention are core grading work for us.
How do I know if I need grading work?
Pooling water, washouts, or a wet basement are the usual signs. We will look at it for free and tell you straight what it needs.
